The Las Olas Riverhouse Maintenance Department is proud to offer Handyman Service to its Residents.  You can schedule your request through Lauren at Ext. #7001 in the Management Office or the Maintenance Department Ext. #7008.  Please note that this service will be provided by the LORH Maintenance Staff as time permits and only after all other Common Area commitments have been fulfilled.

Minor Plumbing Installations, Services & Repairs

  • Faucet & shower valve installation & adjustments
  • Toilet, faucet & tub/shower drain unclogging

 

Minor Electrical Installations, Service & Repairs

  • Installation of electrical fixtures
  • Replacement of ceiling fans
  • Replacement of burned-out bulbs
  • Replacement of batteries in smoke detectors

 

Minor Air Conditioning Service & Repairs

  • Replacement of filters & flushing out drain lines
  • Re-setting waterline valves
  • Replacement of thermostats

Other Minor Handyman Installation & Repair Services

  • Installation/Repairs of door handles/locksInstallation/repairs of towel bars/bathroom accessories
  • Removing/hanging wall pictures
  • Clearing balconies, including during hurricane season

Fee Schedule

  • $20.00 for every 1/2 hour (minimum) per man, Labor Only*
  • $40.00 for every 1 hour per man, Labor Only*

*Residents are responsible for all materials/supply costs
